We are an online clothing and lifestyle store that makes global fashion more accessible in Nepal. Along with our ready-to-ship items, we also provide a pre-order service where you can request products from international websites, and we’ll ship them for you.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship all over Nepal, from major cities to smaller towns. No matter where you are, we’ll deliver your order to your doorstep.

3. How does pre-order work?

Our pre-order system allows you to share the link of the item you want from a U.S. store. We collect requests and ship them in bulk every 2 months from the U.S. to Nepal. This way, you can access international products at affordable shipping costs.

4. What is your shipping policy?

In-stock items: Shipped within 2–4 business days inside Nepal.

Pre-orders: Shipped in our next bulk shipment (every 2 months).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking update.

5. What is your return policy?

In-stock products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Pre-orders: Since these are custom requests, returns are not available unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
